All tickets must be booked online in advance — tickets will not be available for purchase at Reception.
Session Information
Suitable for kids aged all the way up to 12 years, they can climb, clamber and explore our dedicated soft play area, having fun and getting active at the same time.
Child-to-Adult Ratio
Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
Session Duration
Each session lasts 90 minutes from the start time shown on your ticket.
Please arrive promptly, as late arrivals cannot be credited or extended.
Discounted Tickets
When purchasing a discounted ticket, you’ll need to provide proof of your entitlement upon entry. Anyone unable to show valid evidence will be required to upgrade to a full-price ticket.
Acceptable evidence includes:
